1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and 55php.cam (hereinafter "55php," "the Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 55php online gaming platform, including but not limited to all websites, mobile applications, software, services, games, and related content operated under the 55php brand.

The 55php platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from creating accounts or participating in gaming activities on 55php.

We employ geolocation technology to verify user location. Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a 55php account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth demonstrating you meet minimum age requirements
• Valid Philippine mobile telephone number
• Current residential address within the Philippines
• Valid email address for account communications
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each person may maintain only one (1) active account with 55php. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bonuses, and potential forfeiture of winnings.

55php employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching of personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55php account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent 55php customer support. Legitimate 55php staff will never request your password.

You agree to immediately notify 55php of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 55php shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications conducted through your account. You agree to indemnify 55php against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

Sharing your 55php account with any other individual is strictly prohibited. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise made available to third parties. Commercial use of accounts, including but not limited to account trading or rental, violates these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming on 55php, you must deposit funds into your account using one of our approved payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or other methods as may be offered from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 55php's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 55php account are from legitimate sources and that you have legal authority to use the payment method selected. 55php reserves the right to reject deposits or request additional verification documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with approved identification documents
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related funds become withdrawable
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, maximum withdrawal limits apply based on account status
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-72 hours, though delays may occur during verification reviews

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods, including those belonging to family members or friends, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. 4.4 Fees and Charges

55php does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals via our standard payment methods. However, third-party payment processors may assess their own fees, which are beyond 55php's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or mobile wallet service.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

55php offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Promotional Modifications and Cancellations

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors

• Money laundering or using 55php for any illegal financial transactions
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication toward staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of 55php software
• Systematic data extraction or scraping of 55php content

7.2 Investigation and Enforcement

55php reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. During investigations, 55php may temporarily suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals, and request additional documentation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies regarding suspected criminal activity.

If prohibited activity is confirmed, 55php may take any or all of the following actions: void wagers and winnings, close accounts permanently, report activity to PAGCOR and law enforcement, and pursue legal remedies for damages incurred.

7.3 Anti-Fraud Measures

55php employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for suspicious patterns. These systems may flag accounts for manual review, which can result in temporary delays in withdrawals or other account functions. We appreciate player cooperation during security reviews, as these measures protect all users.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

55php strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in service interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of 55php services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

8.3 No Warranty

55php services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.4 Third-Party Services

55php integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Collection and Use

55php collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using 55php services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Information Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and restricted access to sensitive data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 Information Sharing

55php may share your information with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and other third parties as required by law or necessary to provide services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 55php services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through 55php's customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team.

For unresolved disputes, players may file complaints with PAGCOR, which provides dispute resolution services for licensed gaming operators. PAGCOR's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with 55php on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 55php.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 55php account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use 55php services again in the future, you must create a new account, subject to our eligibility requirements and single account policy.

11.2 Account Suspension

55php may temporarily suspend your account for investigation purposes, verification procedures, or suspected violations of these Terms. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations promptly.

11.3 Account Termination by 55php

55php reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or business decisions to discontinue service to certain players.

Upon termination, 55php will return any remaining legitimate balance to you, minus any amounts owed to 55php. Winnings from fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms will be forfeited.

11.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

12.1 Right to Modify

12.2 Notice of Changes

While we may notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of 55php services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55php regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
